The Fashion Foot

H&M has recently announced a new recycling program!

Starting in February 2013, the world’s second biggest fashion chain will allow customers to hand in used garments from any brand in H&M stores.  The clothes will then be handled by H&M’s parter, I:Collect, a global recycling company, and made into new textiles.

As an incentive for recycling, customers will receive a discount of 15 percent on one item of their choosing.

This new program will make H&M the first fashion company to launch a clothing collecting initiative worldwide.
